Bio

A seasoned cybersecurity and IT/OT/IoT expert with over two decades of experience in both academic and corporate sectors. Holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science Information Engineering from the National Taiwan University, focusing on reliability-enhanced programming for NVM Storage, contributing to the Availability aspect of the CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) triad. Distinguished as the top graduate at Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, National Defense University.
        My professional journey began at MND, developing and managing a diverse range of software and systems Additionally, carried out critical roles in a government institute, notably as the Deputy Division Chief of R&D, and the Information Security Analyst, where tasks included advanced security research, the tracking of hacker groups, and the analysis of the threat intelligence. Professionally, served in leadership roles at the Onward Security Corporation, a DEKRA company, where I led teams focused on areas like IoT, APP testing, and compliance testing. Furthermore, I took on the role of project leader to establish the ISO 17025 AMA Bluetooth Security test lab and the IEC 62443-2-4/4-1/-4-2 CBTL. Additionally, I held a cybersecurity technical role, allowing me to delve into cutting-edge cybersecurity techniques. 
       In the meantime, while serving as an Assistant Professor at National Defense University, I've had the privilege of imparting my knowledge to the next generation, with a focus on Network and System Security.
        Further credentials include a plethora of cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, ALL of ISA/IEC 62443 specializations, and CEH. Contributed to academia with notable journal and conference papers, and holds a U.S. patent for a 'Resource allocation method'. Furthermore, as a contributor of the SEMI E187 standard, also emphasizes the impact on the cybersecurity landscape, especially in the semiconductor industry.
        In essence, with a blend of academic excellence, hands-on expertise, and a passion for cybersecurity and tech innovation, I am a multifaceted professional blending and committed to fostering secure digital ecosystems and advancing the frontiers of cybersecurity research and education.
